How do I know if a resource I have searched for has already been saved to my profile?

To know if a resource that you have searched for has already been saved to your profile, look towards the bottom right corner for the bookmark symbol. If that symbol has been bookmarked and filled in like that shown in the picture below (in the red rectangle), then that means that you have already saved the resource to your profile.
